Summary
Abstract:
This work is part of the research program undertaken by the Argentine
Institute and the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The investigations on biochemisty and nutritional characteristics of Antarctic fish, mainly notothenioids, has focused on three main themes: 1.- Applications of different electrophoretic techniques for the indentifications of species. 2.- Chemical composition of some Antarctic fish species considered fishing resources. 3.- Seasonal changes in chemical composition in different fish tissues.
