Abstract: This dataset refers to Final Report of the ISP round 2 project number 032,
which has the name "DESERTIFICATION AND ECOSYSTEM PROCESSES: OVERGRAZING, GRASS
TRANSPIRATION, AND SOIL-WATER BALANCE". Rangelands are the most extended units
