The Reconstructed Geostationary Precipitation Index (RGPI) Dataset
Entry ID:
RECONSTRUCTED_RPGI
Summary
Abstract:
Studies of high frequency climate variability (diurnal to intra-seasonal
timescales, including extreme events) require estimates of climate variables at high temporal resolution over an extended period. For precipitation both the CLIVAR and GEWEX projects identify the need for estimates of global precipitation at a daily timescale. To satisfy this requirement Martin Todd ... ![]()
