Summary
Abstract:
Dans le cadre du programme d'hydro-glaciologie Hydro-Sensor-FLOWS (IPY #16, IPE #304 et ANR), le glacier Loven Est (Austre Lovenbreen), Svalbard, 79°C est suivi en ce qui concerne la couverture neigeuse et le bilan de masse. Quarante balises de 10 m (par tronçons de 2m)ont été implantées afin de suivre l'évolution annuelle du glacier (mesures faites chaque année en septembre, fin de l'année ... hydrologique) et de quantifier la dynamique du manteau neigeux au printemps (hauteur de neige). En plus des hauteurs fournies aux balises, une série de carrottages sont éffectués (drill PICO) en chaque point depuis 2008. 2 campagnes en 2008, 10 campagnes en 2009, 9 ou 10 en 2010. Elles permettent d'évaluer la dynamique du manteau neigeux et la part de fonte de neige dans l'équation hydrologique du bassin. Les données mises à disposition consisteront en tableau excell (ou texte) des différentes hauteurs aux balises et des carrottages correspondants. Les données ont besoin d'être traitées et ne seront disponibles qu'en toute fin de programme à savoir 2011-2012.
