Abstract: This database has been compiled by the Canadian Hydrographic Service (CHS) and
International Telecom Incorporated - it is being used to store latitude and
longitude positions for offshore subsea cables, as well as pipelines. These

of digital and hard-copy CHS products.All available cable sources are mapped,
so as to form the basis of a repository for historical and current subsea cable
and pipeline data. Some data are historically unreliable, but the best
available sources were used.

cable and pipeline positions differently than the content of this inventory.
There is no attempt to establish these positions as legally authoritative.
