Abstract: Climatic Study of the Near Coastal Zone is a climatology atlas, available from the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC). These atlases contain climatological summaries for the following parameters: visibility, ceiling, wind speed and direction, air temperature, sea surface temperature, waves, and surface currents.
