Summary
Abstract: The Southeast Area Monitoring and Assessment Program (SEAMAP) is a cooperative
State/Federal/University program designed to collect, manage and disseminate
fishery-independent data in the southeast United States. Field data are
collected by the various participants using standard methods. Data management
is provided by the National Marine Fisheries Service.
