Summary
Abstract: Data set contains the primary paleomagnetic data from a study of 682 samples from Eltanin core 27-21 which was collected near Cape Adare in the Ross Sea in 1968. For analysis and interpretation of the data see "Geomagnetic Field Behavior at High Latitudes from a Paleomagnetic Record from Eltanin Core 27-21 in the Ross Sea Sector, Antarctica" by Luigi Jovane, Kenneth L. Verosub, Gary Acton and Fabio Florindo. This paper was been accepted for publication in Earth and Planetary Science Letters on 3 December 2007.
