Entry ID:

Summary
Abstract:
This data set contains wholerock and mineral chemical analysis of basalt from
the foothills of the Royal Society Range. The wholerock data contains major element, trace element and isotope data for 30 samples. The major element and some trace element data was obtain by XRF at New Mexico Tech. Other trace element data was analyzed by ICP-MS at Ohio State University. Radiogenic isotopes of Sr, Nd, Pb for 12 samples were measured by TIMS at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute (WHOI). Isotopes of Os for 12 samples were measured by ICP-MS at WHOI. Stable isotopes of oxygen for olivine and pyroxene on 30 samples were measured at the University of London, Royal Holloway stable isotope lab.
