Summary
Abstract: Data from the Earth Radiation Budget Satellite (ERBS), NOAA-9, and NOAA-10
Earth Radiation Budget Experiment (ERBE) raw and processed data (RAT and PAT)
are used to produce time-space averaged estimates of longwave, shortwave, and
net radiant exitance at the top of the atmosphere and albedo.
