Summary
Abstract: Vector magnetic field studies at SANAE IV, Antarctica, are conducted with a FGE suspended magnetometer, manufactured by the Danish Meteorological Institute. It is a In Situ land based application operating on base station mode, located at 71.674645�S 2.82993�W. The instrument provides a resolution of 0.1nT.

The data have a temporal resolution of 5 seconds, which is converted to a 1 minute average. Files contains the HDZ field data as well as the sensor and electronics temperature. Data are output in ASCII, and folders are named per date, e.g. SNADSFS1-yyyymmdd.
