Summary
Abstract: Ionospheric Scintillation observations at GPS (L-band) frequencies, as measured with the Novatel GSV4004B GPS Ionospheric and Total Electron Content Monitor (GISTM). The data format is proprietary binary format designed by AJ Systems, Silicon Valley, and is parsable using custom software provided by AJ Systems, Silicon Valley.
