Adult Summer Steelhead Strays Found in the Willamette River Basin in Oregon
Entry ID:
MSU_16
Summary
Abstract:
Recovery information and identifying marks for stray anadromous salmon collected in the Willamette River, Oregon.
Purpose: Although there is a risk of pathogen dissemination by straying salmonids, there was previously very little data on stray rates or prevalence of infection in strays. These data were collected to supply data to a risk assessment, part of a larger study to evaluate the probability of introduction and establishment of M. cerebralis into the Willamette River Basin (WRB), Oregon.
