Temperature monitoring for seasonal periodicity in the Rock Creek Drainage of West Central Montana.
Entry ID:
MSU_TMSP
Summary
Abstract:
Tubifex tubifex naturally infected with Myxobolus cerebralis were monitored for seasonal periodicity in triactinomyxons (TAM) release. Each time water samples were collected, the temperature range experienced by the worms during the previous time period was recorded. No obvious correlation between TAM release and either temperature or photo period was established.
