Summary
Abstract: Curtain I-VIII was a series of experiments from February 1987 to June
1988 used for model initialization of the Regional Acid Deposition
Model (RADM). The instruments aboard the NOAA King Air aircraft
measured concentrations of various atmospheric trace gases (sulfur
dioxide, hydrogen peroxide, NO-NOx, NO-NOy, and ozone) as the aircraft
flew back and forth along the Mississippi river basin, from Louisiana
to Iowa.
