Summary
Abstract: The NPOESS Aircraft Sounder Testbed - Microwave Temperature Sounder
(NAST-MTS) dataset contains information gathered during the Third
Convection and Moisture Experiment (CAMEX-3). NAST-MTS contains two
microwave radiometer systems covering the spectral ranges of 50-56 Ghz
with nine double-sideband channels cenetered on the 118.75 Ghz oxygen
line, and provides a temperature profile of the atmosphere from the
flight altitude (approximately 20km) to the surface.
