Summary
Abstract: This case covers the Fort Collins, CO flash flood event which occurred
28-29 July 1997. Backbuilding echoes increased the duration of
rainfall. This, in addition to very intense rainfall, combined with
urban runoff complexities and resulted in an extreme hydrologic
response.
