Entry ID:
FOODBANCS_invertebrates
Summary
Abstract:
Macrofaunal abundances and diversity from box cores and megacores down
to 10cm sediment depth from three 600m stations on the West Antarctic Peninsula Shelf. Megafaunal abundances from towed camera surveys, using otter trawl collections for species identification. Reproductive biology of five species of echinoderms. Stable isotope food web analysis of megafauna, including isotope data for phytodetritus, sediments, net-collected plankton, and ice algae. Seasonal recruitment of mega- and macrofauna, including larval abundances in the plankton. Geographic Coverage
