Summary

Abstract: Soil samples were taken from Mount Fleming (00-01), Allen Hills (03-04) and the McKelvey Valley (07-08) to ascertain terrestrial biodiversity at the sites, as determined by molecular DNA techniques and/or mycological culturing. The isolated cultures and DNA sequences are maintained either at University of Minnesota or at University of Waikato.
