Summary
Abstract: This data set contains measurements of turbulent energy dissipation rate at a
75 km height, scale=1 km recorded at Volgograd, USSR and Heiss Island (Arctic
Ocean) and carried out under the MAP/WINE Project. The estimates of turbulent
energy dissipation are derived from the rate of dispersion of the dipole cloud
