Abstract:
The Second Stratospheric Aerosol and Gas Experiment (SAGE II) was
launched on October 5, 1984. It measured the solar irradiance at seven wavelengths (1.020, 0.940, 0.600, 0.453, 0.448 ,and 0.385 microns) during each sunrise and sunset encountered by the satellite.
