Summary
Abstract: The OSCAR project was initially funded as a National Ocean Partnership Program
(NOPP) project for the development of new applications from satellite altimetry
and scatterometer missions. It is a collaboration of several institutions
including NOAA (NESDIS, PMEL), Florida State University (COAPS), University of
South Florida, and Earth and Space Research.
