Summary
Abstract: The primary objective of the SCAR-A experiment was to help scientists
characterize the the relationship between sulfate particles and
clouds' reflective properties. Sulfate aerosols are believed to
provide condensation nuclei, resulting in smaller, more numerous
droplets within a cloud.
