Abstract:
Approximately 40 LANCE products from the MODIS, AIRS, and OMI instruments have been selected to support users in the monitoring and analysis of a variety of man-made and natural hazards and disasters. These have been grouped into 14 applications categories such as fires, floods, and smoke plumes. Each category is linked to a subset of products that have been identified by members of the user communities and the instrument science teams. Once the user has selected a category, imagery is available for this product subset through a Web Mapping Service (WMS).
