Entry ID: liu_nsf0126149_05

[ Update this Record ]

Summary
Abstract: The extent, onset date, end date, and duration of snow melt in Antarctica from
1978 to 2004 are derived by using satellite passive microwave SMMR and SSM/I
data. The data set is given as JPG image files. The original results are in
Polar Stereographic projection with reference to WGS84 ellipsoid.
