Summary
Abstract: The Emissions Modeling System for Hazardous Pollutants (EMS-HAP) is an
emissions processor that performs the steps needed to process an emission
inventory for input into the ASPEN model or the ISCST3 model. EMS-HAP is
written in the SAS programming language and is designed to run on any UNIX
workstation. The user will need a SAS license and some knowledge of SAS to use
this program.
