InCAST is a software application to facilitate the collection of building-specific data for HAZUS, FEMA's multihazard loss estimation program.
The InCAST User's Manual provides guidance and background information to enable the user to effectively operate InCAST. The first section explains how to install and uninstall InCAST, and then introduces the main features of this new data collection utility, including a description of screen features, tool bar, and an overview of the system requirements.
