Hurricane Watch is a web-based interactive and educational resources that explains how to study hurricanes from multiple vantage points. Cloud temperature, cloud top heights, ocean wind speed, satellite imagery, sea-surface height, and cloud details all characterize a hurricane and studying either one of all of the components can help scientists forecast storm strength and intensity. Students with an interest in hurricanes and need additional background information would find this information useful.
