program remember the old adage of "garbage in garbage out!"

If you are updating KWare HEAT, you should uninstall it before reinstalling
this newer version.

16-bit (Windows 3.1, version 16.37.0024) 2.1 MB, 03/12/98 is an old version
only to be used on old operating platforms
