Summary

Abstract: This service provides weather forecasts based on WRF (Weather Research & Forecasting) NWP model. The model is configured for territory of Ukraine (and neighbor countries) with horizontal spatial resolution of 10 km. Forecasts are provided in operational mode every 6 hours for next 72 hours. The service allows users to create animations of forecasts data by selecting forecast issue time, forecast hours and meteorological variables (such as temperature at 2 meters, total cumulative precipitation, etc.). The interface is built on the basis of open-source Web-mapping software UMN MapServer which supports OGC data delivery standards.
