POINT TRACKER (Windows 9x/NT) version 2.0d . This program
creates files of user-defined "point" data that can be plotted
on the reconstructions produced by PLATE TRACKER and on the
ESH-GIS. The user simply creates a "text format" file that
lists of the present-day latitude and longitude of the points to
