Abstract: This describes and provides access to an Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Web Coverage Service (WCS) and Web Mapping Service (WMS) for the following dataset:Global Surface Meteorology Monitoring Network.SURF_MET_WIND is a wind dataset gathered by gathered by WMO. Currently, there are about 10,000+ SURF_MET stations worldwide. Data delivered through Plymoth State Weather Center.
