The data is all generated by the National Weather Service. Reasonable documentation exists for the location, sampling procedures, and currency of the data.

Custom services have a fee structure that applies.
Use Constraints
The SERCC maintains a full service climate data access facility which is staffed daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Staff members are also available for consultation 24-hours per day, and a voice mail system continues to operate when the office is closed.
