Summary
Abstract: The United Kingdom's Meteorological Office (UK Met Office) offers weather forecasts for all zones in the UK and for locations worldwide. The UK weather forecasts include 5 day forecasts with regional and advanced weather warnings. Other products include surface pressure charts, solar UV index, shipping forecasts, inshore waters forecasts, and gale warnings. In addition to weather forecasts, there are "Latest Weather" products which include latest weather reports, rainfall radar animations, satellite images, and web cams. The "Past weather Section" offers monthly summaries, seasonal/annual summaries, 1961-1990 averages, extreme weather, and station data.

The worldwide weather forecasts, latest weather, and past weather products cover the UK, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australasia, North America, and South America.

Additional services include Tropical Cyclone pages, satellite imagery, climate prediction data sets, and seasonal forecasts.
