Win/MacRHIZO is an automatic and interactive image analysis
system specifically designed for root measurement including
morphology, topology, architecture, color and disease
analysis. RHIZO can also be used as a leaf area meter.

Mac/WinRHIZO uses Regent's unique root measurement method which
is non-statistical and requires no calibration by the
operator. It detects overlapping root parts and takes them into
account when calculating length and area. Samples can be
analyzed interactively or in batch.
