Abstract:
Productivity of a two meadows, on a loamy and a sandy soil respectively, were determined at the Otradnoe study site from 1969 to 1972/73. Measurement of monthly dynamics of above-ground and below-ground plant biomass were made for each growing season (April-October). Above-ground net primary production was estimated for each year.
