Abstract:
Ozone measurements were taken at Christmas Islands as part of the PEM-TROPICS B/SOWER project. Ozone data were taken using balloon-borne ozonesondes and radiosondes as part of the NASA Southern Hemisphere ADditional OZonesondes (SHADOZ) project. The SHADOZ project is collecting ozone data for validation, processing, and modeling of satellite-derived Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer (TOMS) data.
