Summary
Abstract: The aerological observations provide meteorological data (pressure, temperature, humidity and wind) of the upper-atmosphere to about 30km from the surface.
The aerological observations at Syowa Station (SYO) started from 1957.
It reports the observation data to the World Meteorological Organization.
In addition, after returning home the data report is compiled.
The Syowa Station has become the standard observatory.
