Summary
Abstract: Collections of penguin and seal bones for 14C dating were Made at Cape Adare and Franklin Island. At Inexpressible Island bone samples were obtained of a penguin and seal killed in 1912 by members of Scott's Northern Party. The bones were submitted to the Institute of Nuclear Sciences for possible use as Antarctic bone standards.
