Abstract:
A survey of the region from the ice face to McDonald Beach and to a depth of about 300 meters with regard to distribution of sediment types, boundaries of faunal zones and the general bathymetry of the area was completed at Cape Bird. The current pattern around the cape coast was observed and measured and its effect on the local benthic habitat was described.
