Summary
Abstract: The Fleet Numerical Meteorology and Oceanography Center (FNMOC) data contains atmospheric and oceanographic parameters based on the 12-hour forecasts by the Hemispheric Primitive Equation Model and the Navy Operational Global Atmospheric Prediction System (NOGAPS). The Primitive Equation Model was used prior to August 1982.
