Abstract:
The river basin data resides in 1 book, 'Die Messung der Verdunstung
Vom Mittellandkanal bei Sehnde in den Jahren 1925 bis 1927' (C/dc 190
F911) written in German. The data contained in this book are tables of
daily observations and daily and monthly surface climatic data from
the Sehnde and Nieder Webe river basins in Northern
Germany. Parameters included in the daily observations are
... evaporation, air and water temperature, precipitation, strongest
winds, and relative humidity. Parameters averaged over a 24 hour
period in these data are hourly evaporation and wind velocity. Monthly
variables for each month incorporated in these data are the following:
humidity; monthly evaporation totals; and mean and absolute maximum
wind velocity. Monthly parameters averaged over the period are
precipitation and evaporation amounts.
This book is part of the foreign meteorological data collection held
by the NOAA Central Library in Washington, DC. Information in this
collection dates back to the 18th century for daily, monthly,
seasonal, and annual tabular summaries, and the 19th century for
weather maps. These data are the result of foreign exchange
agreements, but the collection has not been updated since 1983.
