Abstract:
The level 1B waveform parameterization data will contain waveform-based range corrections and surface characteristics at the full 40 per second resolution. Data granules will contain approximately 23 minutes (1/4 orbit) of data. The purpose of this file is to store range corrections and all computations made from analysis of the waveform data and the parameterization of the waveform. These parameters are required to calculate surface elevation, slope and relief characteristics. These parameters also can be used by scientists investigating surface features defined by the parameterization. This is used as input for GLA06, and GLA12-15.
