The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency maintains the Great Lakes
Program which has among other components Human Health, Contaminated
Sediments, ecosystem studies, monitoring, lakes, pollution
prevention, environmental software, visualizing the Lakes including the Great
Lakes Atals and Great Lakes GIS Online.
Datasets include Great Lakes Contaminated Sediments, Plankton data,
Diatoms and Zooplankton data from 1998, as well as the Great Lakes
Environmental Database.
One of the reports with data from the contaminated sediments program
