Data Center Description
The mission of the NOAA Operational Significant Event Imagery
(OSEI) is to produce high-resolution, detailed imagery of
significant environmental events which are visible in
remotely-sensed data available at the NOAA Science Center in
Suitland, Maryland.
Daily Operational Significant Event Imagery Report (DOSEIR)
outlines the events we have captured in satellite imagery and
provides a direct link to each image. The images are described
with short narratives.
This report is available Monday through Friday as an email via
subscription or on this website in a remote window.
