Front Range Air Quality Study

Project Description
The goal of the Northern Front Range Air Quality Study (NFRAQS) is to determine the fraction of ambient particulate matter (PM) originating from various sources. As a part of that effort the Colorado School of Mines/Colorado Institute for Fuels and High Altitude Engine Research (CIFER) proposed to perform in use emissions measurements from several medium and heavy-duty diesel fueled vehicles. This testing will be performed in CIFER's heavy-duty chassis dynamometer laboratory.
