GEWEX Continental-Scale International Project Project Description
The Global Energy and Water Cycle Experiment (GEWEX) Continental-scale International Project (GCIP) Integrated Systems Test (GIST) takes place in the Arkansas-Red River basins as a data system test prior to the start of the 5 year GCIP Enhanced Observing Period(1995-2000).
