MICROFRINTS Experiment

Project Description
The Microfronts experiment was designed to study the dissipation of
kinetic energy in the surface layer especially in atmospheric frontal
zones, to study the nature of the coherent structures and Microfronts
where the transport of heat is organized by thermals, and to study the
bulk aerodynamic relationship for use with surface radiative
temperature.
