Abstract:
The College of Dupage Next Generation Weather Laboratory (NEXLAB)
weather products are available on-line at
http://weather.cod.edu/.
The NEXLAB World Wide page is an extensive source for National Weather
Service text products covering all 50 states in the United
States. Included are text products issued from from the NOAA Storm
Prediction Center, National Centers for Environmental Prediction
... (NCEP), and the NOAA Tropical Prediction Center (TPC).
Analysis, satellite, radar, and forecast model data may also be
downloaded from this site. The analysis data feature weather data
for all levels from the surface to 250 MB's. The infrared, visible,
and water vapor satellite images cover all regions of the United
States. The radar imagery is restricted to College of Dupage domains
only due to licensing restrictions. Forecast models graphics include
the ETA, NGM, RUC, AVN, MRF, and forecast soundings. The DIFAX charts
are restricted, but the WXP files may be freely downloaded.
