Abstract:
The virtual clearinghouse created by the Earthquake Engineering Research
Institute (EERI) attempts to accumulate earthquake data quickly related to the
Kashmir earthquake. Therefore, the information in this clearinghouse is meant
to be preliminary and reflects the authors' opinions at the time of writing,
which may change over time.
Data collected by EERI
... reconnaissance teams as well as independent
reconnaissance groups are placed on the virtual clearinghouse as they become
available. Much of these data are available for public perusal so that
individuals can track the progress of the reconnaissance and find the most
up-to-date information on the earthquake.
